About
By day I develop international partnerships for a small university in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, while at the same time participating in and fostering community-building through social media and the web. By night and for the rest of my life I live and love with my son and my Quebecois husband, and my mother and father who moved from Korea, and with whom we share a house. Later at night I read, study and travel the reaches of the internet. In another life I would be a tech geekish version of Lara Croft.
I’ve written a long version of how this blog originally came about here but the short version is that this blog is about becoming in three areas:
- becoming a switcher from PC to Mac and to a user of mobile gadgets and technology
- becoming a maman and growing a tri-lingual family
- becoming a student (again) after having left university a decade ago.
I love all three “becomings” which are still in process and continue to transform my life every day.
